Dear customers, dear friends,
After 50 years of showcasing our rich local produce and delighting local Aveyron residents and customers from all over the world, Michel Truchon welcomed his last guests on 1 January.
The keys to Le Sénéchal will be handed over in the next few days to Mr and Mrs Gerdelat, a couple of restaurateurs who have fallen under the spell of our beautiful village, and who will be welcoming you from 14 February with a new menu.
