After 50 years of showcasing the products of our rich terroir and delighting Aveyronnais and customers from all around the world, Michel Truchon welcomed his last guests on January 1st, 2024.

The keys to Le Sénéchal will be handed over in the coming days to Mr. and Mrs. Gerdelat, a couple of restaurateurs who fell in love with our beautiful village, and who will welcome you starting February 14th with a new menu.
