Those with a sweet tooth will opt for the classic formula and indulge in pastries and bread spread with Aveyron honey or homemade jams, a farmer’s fresh cheese, apple compote from the garden, juice, and fresh fruits, served with a hot beverage.
Traditional food enthusiasts, on the other hand, will appreciate the quintessential experience of a true Aveyron breakfast: dried sausage, friton, ham, tripou, and Laguiole cheese, all served with a glass of Marcillac wine and coffee. Enough to explore the region all day without faltering.
